What are impulse control disorders?

Impulse control disorders are group of impulsive disorders that are usually psychiatric disorders. The impulse disorders have many differences and similarities. Impulse control disorder can be defined as a failure to protest against impulsive behavior which can harm others as well as to a person himself. Impulse control disorders include:
- Alcohol addiction
- Drugs addition
- Eating disorders
- Compulsive gambling
- Sexual fantasies
- Stealing
- Suffering
- Humiliation
- Hair pulling in compulsive manner
- Intermittent explosive disorder
- Pyromania
- Kleptomania
- Trichotillomania
A person feels manic depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorder and psychotic disorder, which needs depression test. Anyone of us can have impulse control disorders but they need to be checked and depression test is taken when a person have mental health problems.in such cases individual needs psychiatric diagnosis. An impulse disorder can be a self-abusive, violent and sexual behavior. There are other non-specified impulse disorders that occur less frequently.
