Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer in pregnant women. Breast feeding is an effective way to protect from breast cancer. Breast cancer research has shown that average patient is between 32 to 38 years old. Inflammatory breast cancer is an aggressive form of breast cancer and gets it name from red, swollen and inflamed appearance of breasts. Breast cancer during pregnancy can increase with the delay in childbearing.

Abortion does not improve chances of mother to survive from breast cancer and secondly breast cancer does not harm the baby. It is essential to identify any suspicious lumps in women’s breasts. This will help to identify signs of breast cancer, breast cancer awareness and biological therapy. Breast cancer tumors in pregnant women are larger and advanced than the lumps in woman of same age but not pregnant. Pregnancy itself does not cause breast cancer. Hormonal changes during breast cancer can accelerate its growth.

Pregnancy and breast cancer are related in the sense that some women detect symptoms of breast cancer during pregnancy while some women cannot. Most nipple discharges and lumps are not cancerous. Breast cancer occurs in one in 3,000 to one in 10,000 of all women who are pregnant. Breast cancer increases with age.

Breast cancer during pregnancy occurs due to increased levels of hormones estrogen and progesterone. Nipples become sore and breasts become tender a few weeks after conception. There is a rapid breast enlargement during first eight years of pregnancy indicating signs of breast cancer. Breast ducts are stimulated by estrogens and progesterone cause glandular tissues to expand. If breast cancer is found in early stages, the doctor may remove the suspicious lumps or the affected breast, later one being the preferred treatment for breast cancer.

Basically menopause is the absence of menstrual period for at least 12 months. During this time ovaries cease to function. During this period egg is released from an ovary which then travels from fallopian tubule to the uterus.

The source of female hormones is the ovaries which are responsible for controlling characters like breast development, body hair and body shape. Estrogens protect the bones from osteoporosis. An osteoporosis can develop if ovaries are unable to produce adequate estrogen.

What is the average age of menopause for women?
The average age at which a woman reach menopause is 51 years old but it is still controversial to predict the right time when a woman will enter menopause. The age of menopause offset is also not related to the age at which menstrual periods start. A woman can have menopause as early as the 30s or it may not occur until her 60s.
There are certain conditions that affect the menopause timing such as hysterectomy (surgical removal of ovaries along with uterus), cancer therapy (radiation therapy and radiotherapy) and a premature ovarian failure.
What are the symptoms of menopause?
There are several conditions of menopause but these are highly individual as every woman has different physical and psychological symptoms while others do not experience any symptoms at all. The evident symptoms include:
•	Fatigue
•	Memory problems
•	Irritability
•	Frequent mood swings
•	Weight gain
•	Acne
•	Wrinkles
•	Hair growth on chest, chin, upper lips or abdomen
•	Irregular vaginal bleeding
•	Vaginal dryness and itching
•	Dyspareunia (pain or irritation with sexual intercourse)
•	Hot flashes
•	Night sweats
•	Urinary tract infections
•	Urinary incontinence (urine leakage)
As a result of menopause osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease are the complications that usually occur. The only way one by which one can predict menopause is by observing lack of menstrual periods for 12 months in that expected age range in the concerned woman. A blood test is not reliable method as hormone levels keep changing from high to low in a single woman each day.

What does a birth control mean?

Birth control is basically a method which is used to control and prevent pregnancy.

Contraception is another word used in this regard. A sex without having precautions would be more liable to get pregnant. This can happen, even if periods are not started or age is closer to menopause.Out of 100, there are 85 such women who have an uncontrolled pregnancy. Not having sex is not a solution for birth control but taking good method of birth control to avoid an unplanned pregnancy.

Medical definition of contraception is the fertilization of sperm with egg of a female.

Women have a definite right to take decisions regarding their bodies, which include whether they want a child or not. Such decisions help to understand their bodies as well as sexual safely and enjoyment with men.

With the large number of advancements in the technology of family planning has led to increase the chances of control over fertility. These methods fulfill the need of every individual which one is favorable to a particular person. The advent of contraceptive pills is a recent advancement in this regard by which a delay in pregnancy has proven to be more successful.

What are different birth control methods?

Birth control has become imperative now due to the rise in population globally, a family planning need and to safeguard ourselves from an unwanted pregnancy. There are a large number of methods for birth control, which includes: coitus interruptus or withdrawal method, barrier methods just like condom, contraceptive sponge and diaphragm. Chemical methods include: contraceptive patch, contraceptive pills, progesterone-only pill, fertility methods of awareness, intrauterine methods and others. Apart from preventive methods, abortion methods can also be adopted, which includes herbal abortifacients, surgical abortions and chemical abortions to prevent unwanted pregnancies. Rather there are some permanent solutions of birth control like surgical sterilizations, which includes: vasectomy for men and tubal ligation for women.

Regardless of many other birth control methods available in the market, the most popular ones are condoms and contraceptive pills. Emergency contraceptive pills contain a hormone like estrogen or progestin orally taken by women as it considered the most reliable mode to prevent pregnancy. Contraceptive pills or birth control pills also have some side effects like headache, obesity and depression in women are commonly observed in these cases.

Unfortunately there are many women who experience miscarriages for no special reason. It is very difficult to find a proper cause of miscarriage especially if occurs during the period of first trimester. A doctor examines fetal tissue to determine the cause of miscarriage. Sometimes, cause of miscarriage is determined after a careful examination.

Chromosomal abnormalities
The most common cause cause of early miscarriage is the chromosomal abnormality. Actually 70% of miscarriages in first trimester period are the consequence of

chromosomal abnormalities.

Chromosomes are strands that carry’s baby’s DNA.A baby has 23 pairs of chromosomes ,the main function of which is to exhibit physical characteristics which are responsible for their special functions. After fertilization more often it happens that egg start to split abnormally creating and forming the wrong number of chromosomes. Molar pregnancies, which are basically those having abnormal development of faetus or in which amniotic membrane or placenta does not develop are some of the common types of chromosomal abnormalities.

Blighted Ovum

Blighted ovum is another cause of miscarriages. A blighted ovum infact form when in uterus pregnancy sac formed but does not contain any fetus. Due to some reasons a baby stops developing in the early stages and there have never been the presence of embryo at all. Blighted ovum pregnancy is detected by ultrasound although sometimes they go unnoticed.

Ectopic Pregnancy

It is also called tubal pregnancy which occurs when fertilized egg is implanted outside a woman’s uterus.Ectopic pregnancies usually develops within fallopian tubules although they can also occur in ovaries or in abdomen. Symptoms of Ectopic pregnancy include a severe abdominal pain.

Miscarriage Treatment

There is no treatment for miscarriage. Uterus expel baby along with pregnancy tissue through vagina like a period. If bleeding continues a doctor performs curettage and dilation. This will remove all such tissues that remain in uterus.

Pregnancy after a Miscarriage

Although a miscarriage is a difficult and frightening experience, many females go on having successful pregnancies. One should recover completely to conceive again. Recovery depends upon emotional and physical state. Once a woman have regular menstrual cycles, it would become possible then to conceive again.

It’s a traumatic experience for a woman to lose her baby, which can be due to many reasons. It can occur even when a female is totally unaware of her miscarriage, or, even if she doesn’t know of her pregnancy. Miscarriage is also called spontaneous abortion, still birth; ectopic pregnancy etc.

Such losses and grief can be the result of sadness, anxiety, depression and guilt. Having such miscarriages make a woman fearful of the next pregnancy. So, it is far more important to have the ability to sustain such pain and emotions that bring such trauma in life.

What is a Miscarriage?

Miscarriage is a term that is used to describe any loss of pregnancy before a period of 20 weeks. Before this period baby can’t sustain and survive outside the uterus. Sometimes due to natural or some accidental reasons, a baby is expelled from the uterus and eventually out of the body that’s why they are called spontaneous abortions, as they occur without warning.

How frequently Miscarriages occur?

Surprisingly miscarriages are the most common occurrences.Upto 25% of the woman are those that experience minimum of one miscarriage during their child birth periods while some experience more than 1 during their lifetime. It is believed that almost 50%of the pregnancies end in abortion.

The risk of abortion increases with woman’s age. Most of the miscarriages usually occurs before first trimester ends, which mean that a spontaneous abortion can occur before the 12th week of a pregnant woman. These miscarriages are so called early miscarriages. Miscarriages that occur in the second trimester are uncommon and are called late miscarriages.

A woman can have a miscarriage due to increased risk of certain factors, which are: smoking, drinking and drugs during pregnancy, having STD’s and infections, having a diabetes or thyroid disease, or if she is suffering from Lupus or any other autoimmune disease.

A pregnant woman should have the ability to identify the maximum signs of her miscarriage, which includes: lower backache, abdominal cramping, vaginal bleeding which stops in few days, having bleeding that is accompanied by tissue or blood clots. Though bleeding during pregnancy is not always a sign of miscarriage, but it is proper to consult doctor regarding vaginal bleeding during pregnancy.
